Abstract

This is a short story about two friends who almost lost their friendship because one of them followed a different lifestyle that later brought unfavourable results. It teaches about the importance of true friendship and the importance of living a responsible lifestyle.

Author Biography

Johannes Shifela, Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture - Namibia

Mr Johannes Shifela is a senior primary teacher in the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture in Namibia. He teaches Oshindonga as a First Language and English as a Second Language at Tsumeb Primary School in Oshikoto region. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Upper Primary) Honours Degree from the University of Namibia. His literature interest includes newspaper articles, Oshindonga short stories, children’s literature, lexicography, linguistic and Oshiwambo cultural practices. Email: shifelajohannes@gmail.com
